Available Sunday mornings before and after church, the Fellowship Café is a place to gather for coffee and a breakfast snack. Sunday Stewards take turns setting up the snack and making the coffee. Donations of snacks or dessert are welcome. Setup requires that the host be at the church by 7:45 am. Please contact Rosie Wece at rwece50@gmail.com for more information.

 

The Welcome Center, located just outside the north sanctuary doors, is a place to register first-time visitors and present them with a warm welcome, a nice gift, and encouragement to return. Volunteers called Welcome Hostesses staff the Welcome Center 15 minutes before and after each service. MUMC offers many special events. Some of those include Our Neighbors Table, the Apple Pancake Breakfast, the Women’s Prayer Breakfast and many more. Volunteers are needed in many roles to make these events a success. Please contact Michelle Parker-Clark at mpclark@siu.edu for more information.
